“ I visited for the first time this weekend, and the seafood was fantastic. I got a few pieces of salmon for a special occasion, and sea scallops as an extra treat because they looked great. I baked salmon very simply (minimal olive oil, salt, pepper) and everyone who tasted it loved it. I did have to remove scales, but the skin crisped up fantastically and the salmon was just great. The scallops needed no prep. I added salt and pepper, then pan seared the scallops tonight in butter and they were also perfect. The seafood was fresh, tasty, and the prices are reasonable for the quality I got. Will be back! ”
